Automation Theory’s Jeremy was a pleasure to work with. He was also an expert on Automate and several versions of MySQL. He had instantaneous knowledge of solutions to issues that arose and was a whiz at resolving them. Additionally, he followed up and provided excellent advice.

Jeremy was responsive and flexible, agreeing to schedule a migration with very little heads up and seeing it through. He stayed on late to ensure all the quirks were ironed out and the migration actually went a lot smoother than expected. Most of our staff didn’t even realize we had moved the server.

Automate (Labtech) is a database-driven solution and Jeremy knows that database very well. I consider myself well versed with Automate but still saw plenty of value in benefiting from Jeremy’s experience with migrations. It made it a painless process.
