It includes building the new application servers, migrating to the new instance, post-migration validation checks, and optional security hardening of the new servers. The new servers are built out in parallel, allowing for a fallback to the existing servers in the event of issues. The flat rate also covers any post-migration issue resolution for issues reported within the first week following the migration.
